November 30, 2010 MINUTES

Welcome:

President Paul Deterding called the meeting to order and welcomed the continued support.  The coaches are attending a practice in Foley so they are not in attendance.

Cheerleading Update:

The cheerleaders are ready for the state championship.

Dance Team:

The dance team is ready for the championship.

Concession Stand:

Upcoming Events:

Preparation for Championship travel:

Biscuits served at 7:30  at field house

8:10 Gym for meeting the team

8:20  Trojan Walk starting at the gym

8:40  Loading Bus

They are traveling to all schools including the Middle School, Elementary.  They will practice at Alabama State for practice before going to Opelika.   They will be staying at Holiday Inn Express in Opelika.  Schedule is being e-mailed for your review.

On Friday morning, the team will remain at the hotel and have a meal at 3pm provided by the championship.  We will have the Trojan Walk at 5:15 pm at the stadium. 

A fan bus will be available but reservation needed by Wednesday at 12 pm.  The van bus will leave at 12:15 pm on Friday.  Bag lunches are okay to bring on the bus.  The bus will leave about 30 minutes after the award ceremony.

The boys will need to be prepared to pay for their Thursday meal which is approximately $10.00 and their game expenses on Thursday night to watch 5A championship game.

T-Shirts will be available for purchase at the school at Thursday.   There will be short and long sleeved shirts available.

The game will be live on TV 44 on Friday night.
